Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Chatalytics, a service of New DAIS. If your organization has a signed agreement with New DAIS, that agreement applies instead of these terms where the two differ.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace under your account.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data that you upload or connect. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You must have the right to upload the data that you use with the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or test the service without our written permission, to try to reach another workspace's data, or to upload malicious content.

AI answers

The service uses AI models. Answers can be wrong. Check important numbers before you act on them. Each answer shows the query that produced it, so you can check it.

Trials and payment

A trial lasts for the period shown when you sign up. Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order. If payment fails, we can limit or suspend the workspace after notice.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will be free of interruptions or errors, except as stated in a signed agreement.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend a workspace that breaks these terms. After a workspace ends, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, New DAIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
